To email digital receipts directly to the Expense app, you must first verify your email address.
How to Verify Your Email Address

Open the Expense App
Go to Verify Email Address in the app. -
Enter the Verification Code
Enter the code sent to your email and click Verify.
Once your email is verified, you can send receipts to kvitto@expense.se or receipt@expense.se.
Tip:
To ensure the receipt is matched with the correct transaction, include the purchase amount (with decimals) in the subject line of your email.
Add Additional Verified Email Addresses
If you receive receipts at multiple email addresses (e.g., a personal email), you can add them in Expense for seamless processing.
- Go to My > Settings > Add Email Address.
- Enter any additional email addresses and complete the verification for each.
This allows you to submit receipts from multiple verified email addresses directly to the Expense app.
