      Travel Expense Report - Download and Activate the Expense App

      To start recording travel expenses in the Expense app, follow these steps to download and activate the app.

      Step 1 - Download the Expense App

      The Expense app is available for download from the App Store for iOS devices and Google Play for Android devices. Search for "Expense" in the respective app store to locate the app.

      System Requirements:

      • Android: Requires operating system version 4.1 or later.
      • iPhone: Requires iOS version 9.0 or later.

      Step 2 - Activate the Expense App

      To activate the app, you will need an activation code. Follow these steps:

      1. Obtain the Activation Code
        Open the email from your administrator and click the link to your Expense web portal.

      2. Log in to the Web Portal
        Copy the username and password from the email and log in to the Expense portal.

      3. Generate a Private Key
        Go to My > Settings and click on Add Device. A private key will appear, valid for 24 hours.

      4. Activate the App
        Open the Expense app, enter the private key during login, and complete the activation.

      You are now ready to use the Expense app to record your travel expenses.

      Note: If you don’t have web login access, contact your administrator to obtain an activation code.
