      Reducing Your Expense Licenses

      Here’s how to reduce the number of Expense licenses in your agreement.

      To reduce your Expense licenses, please complete our form at least one month before the start of the next quarterly period. This ensures that adjustments are reflected on your upcoming invoice.

      Please note the following guidelines for license reductions:

      • If your current license count per license type exceeds 10, reductions can only be made in increments of 5.
      • Reductions cannot be made if the total license cost is below 300 SEK per month.
