Manage multiple companies in Expense? Enable seamless switching between legal entities directly in the portal!

Activating Settings Through Expense Support

  1. Contact Support
    Reach out to Expense Support to enable the feature for your organization.

  2. Await Confirmation
    Wait for confirmation from Support before proceeding with the setup.

Email Verification

To enable switching between companies in Expense, users must verify their email addresses:

  1. Log in to Expense
    Sign in to the company where you want to verify your email address.

  2. Verify Your Email Address
    Navigate to: My > Settings > Verify Email.
    Enter the code sent to the email address registered in Expense.

  3. Repeat as Needed
    Perform this step for every company you wish to switch between in Expense.

Note: Administrators who do not require access to certain companies are not required to verify their email addresses for those companies.

Add Companies

Once your email address has been verified, you can activate access to specific companies:

  1. Open Advanced Settings
    Navigate to: My > Settings > Advanced Tab.

  2. Add Companies
    Select the companies you want to access and click Save.

  3. Repeat for All Relevant Companies
    Repeat this process for every company you want to switch between within the system.

Granting Access to a User

As an administrator, you can grant users access to a master account or multiple companies:

  1. Ensure the User Verifies Their Email Address
    The user must verify their email address in all companies they need access to (refer to the email verification instructions above).

  2. Grant Access
    Go to: Administer > People > [User's Name] > Advanced.
    Add the companies the user needs access to and click Save.

  3. Repeat for Each Required Company
    Repeat this process for all companies the user needs access to.
