Get Started with the App for Your Organization
To ensure a smooth transition to digital receipt management, everyone in the organization needs to be informed about the new procedures.
Inform Users
- Go to Admin > Messages.
- Copy the email addresses and open a new email.
- Suggested email to users:
Subject: Welcome to Expense – Our New Digital Receipt Management System
Hello,
As part of our digitization efforts, we have chosen to implement Expense, an efficient system for digital receipt and expense management.
Here’s how to get started:
- Log in to your Expense profile via the link: https://companyname.dicomkontera.se
- Download the Expense app in Google Play or the Apple Store.
- Link the app by going to My > Settings and logging in with your username and password or via a registration code.
- Feel free to review this guide or watch the instructional video for a quick overview.

Starting [Date + Month], we will begin photographing and digitally managing receipts in the Expense app to streamline our receipt processes.
