The Expense app makes it easy to manage expenses and mileage reimbursement directly from your mobile. Follow these steps to get started quickly.
Step 1 – Download the Expense App

Download the app: The Expense app is available for download on both the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). Search for "Expense" in your app store to find the app.

System Requirements:
- For Android, operating system version 4.1 or later is required.
- For iPhone, iOS version 9.0 or later is required.
Step 2 – Activate the Expense App
To start using the Expense app, you’ll need an activation code from your administrator. Follow these steps to activate the app:

Retrieve the activation code:
- Open the email from your administrator.
- Click the link to the Expense web portal to log in.
- Copy the username and password from the email and use them to log in to the Expense web portal.

Generate a private key:
- After logging in, go to My > Settings in the web portal.
- Click Add Device. A private key will appear on the screen, and it’s valid for 24 hours.

Activate the app:
- Open the Expense app on your mobile.
- Enter the private key to complete activation.
Additional Assistance
If you don’t have access to log in to the Expense web portal, contact your administrator to receive an activation code.
