As an authorized approver, you have the option to adjust a booked transaction if needed before approving the report.
Steps to Adjust a Booked Transaction

Open the Expense app:
- Go to To Review to see reports awaiting your review.

Open the report:
- Select a report from the list to view its details.

Review and adjust the transaction:
- If it’s a receipt, click on the transaction to view the accounting details.
- To return to the overview, click the X icon.

Delete and adjust the booking:
- Click the three dots and select Delete booking if you need to redo the transaction.
- Re-book the transaction according to internal guidelines:
- Select the appropriate account, or go to Purchases for quick options.
- Ensure the VAT amount is correct.
- Click Save when done.

Register representation (if applicable):
- For transactions involving representation, choose the correct template during the booking step and enter the following details:
- Number of participants
- Names of participants
- Purpose of the representation
- If it’s external representation, specify the external company name.

Approve the report:
- Once all adjustments are complete and everything is correct, approve the report.
