Reduce Expense Licenses 

Please submit any requests to reduce your expense licenses at least one month before the start of the new quarterly period to ensure that your next invoice reflects the changes.

If you currently have more than 10 licenses of any type, reductions can only be made in increments of 5.

Additionally, reductions below a monthly license value of 300 SEK cannot be processed.
