When your company makes a payment, a payment date is recorded in the system, which is the day your company sends the money from its bank.
We want to clarify how the payment date works and why it may sometimes take 1–2 days before the money appears in your account. When we process a payment, a payment date is registered in the system, which is the day your company transfers the money from its bank.
If you have the same bank as the company, the money will usually be available in your account on the same day. However, if you have a different bank, it may take 1–2 business days for the transfer to be completed and the funds to be available in your account.
This process is determined by the banks' processing times and is, unfortunately something we cannot influence.
We understand that it can be frustrating if the payment appears to be delayed, but we want to assure you that the payment is made as planned – it may just take a little extra time due to the banks' transfer routines.
