      Getting Started with Your Corporate Card: Download and Activate the Expense App

      Step 1 - Download the Expense App

      The Expense app is available for download on the App Store for iOS devices and Google Play for Android devices. Search for "Expense" in the respective app store to install.

      System Requirements:

      • For Android, operating system version 4.1 or later is required.
      • For iPhone, iOS version 9.0 or later is required.

      Step 2 - Activate the Expense App

      How to activate the app with an activation code:

      1. Obtain the activation code
        Open the email from your administrator and click on the link to your Expense web environment.

      2. Log in to the web portal
        Copy the username and password from the email and log in to the Expense portal.

      3. Generate a private key
        Go to My > Settings and click Add Device. A private key will appear and is valid for 24 hours.

      4. Activate the app
        Open the Expense app and enter the private key at login to complete the activation.

      Note: If a user does not have login access to the web portal, contact the administrator to obtain an activation code.
