Transferring Internal Accounts and Accounting Data to Fortnox

Internal Accounts

  1. Go to Internal Accounts > Account Codes.
  2. Click the three dots and select Import internal account codes from Fortnox.
All cost centers will automatically be transferred from Fortnox into Expense.
Note: The Dimension Type must be set to the relevant internal account (cost center/project) in order to allow for export.

Accounting
The approval and authorization process remains unchanged. However, once you click Export, all transactions along with any attached receipt images are sent directly to Fortnox under the Verifications section.

Important Considerations

  • The user configuring the integration must have the appropriate licenses in Fortnox, including both Accounting and Archive licenses.
  • If payments are to be processed via payroll, the user must also have a Payroll license in Fortnox.
