- Log in: Go to the login page specified in the welcome email sent by your administrator or contact person. If you work in a group with multiple companies, select the relevant company.
- Enter login details: Enter your username and password, then click Log in.
- Forgot password/username? If you’ve forgotten your login details, click the Forgot password or username? button.
- Enter your email address: Expense will send a reset link to your email, allowing you to set a new password.
Note: To receive a new password, the email address you enter must be registered in Expense.
Change Username or Password
If you need to change your username or password, you can do this directly in the Expense portal.
- Log in to the Expense portal.
- Go to [Your Name] > Settings.
- Choose to change your password and/or username.
These steps allow you to easily reset or update your login credentials in Expense.
