As an administrator, you can manage users' receipts in various situations, such as during sick leave, resignation, or parental leave. Here’s a step-by-step guide on disconnecting, adding, or uploading receipts for a user.

Disconnect an Incorrect Receipt

If a receipt has been incorrectly linked to a user's report, you can easily disconnect it as an administrator:

  1. Navigate to the Report:

    • Go to Reports > List All and select the relevant user's report.
  2. Disconnect the Receipt:

    • Click on the paperclip icon next to the receipt to open it. Then select the option "Remove." Note that this does not delete the receipt; it only disconnects it from the report.
  3. Confirm the Disconnection:

    • Click "Disconnect" to complete the process.

Link the Correct Receipt to a Report

If a receipt is missing from a user's report, you can easily add it:

  1. Open the User's Report:

    • Go to Reports > List All and select the user's report.
  2. Add the Receipt:

    • Click on the green/white plus icon to open the user's receipt archive.
  3. Select the Correct Receipt:

    • Hover over the receipt you want to link and click "Select."

Adding a Receipt from the Administrator's Archive

If the user is missing a receipt that you, as the administrator, have access to, you can link the receipt from your own archive or upload a file:

  1. Open the User's Report:

    • Go to Reports > List All and select the relevant user's report.
  2. Open the Receipt Archive:

    • Click on the green/white plus icon to open the user's receipt archive.
  3. Select a Receipt from Your Own Archive (Option 1):

    • In the receipt archive, click on the dropdown menu labeled Belongs to: [user's name] and select yourself as the user.
    • Hover over the receipt you want to link and select it.
  4. Upload a New Receipt (Option 2):

    • Click "Upload," find the file on your computer, and click "Open." The receipt will upload and automatically link to the report.
