Add Multiple Accounts in the Expense App

Connect Multiple User Accounts

If you have multiple companies linked to Expense and need to connect several user accounts, you can easily do this directly in the Expense app.

iPhone

  1. Go to the web portal.
  2. Select My > Settings and choose Add Account to generate a registration code.
  3. Open the Expense app.
  4. Tap the Profile Icon and select Switch User.
  5. Tap the Plus Icon (top right) and enter the registration code.

Android

  1. Go to the web portal.
  2. Select My > Settings and choose Add Account to generate a registration code.
  3. Open the Expense app.
  4. Tap the three dots in the top right corner and select Switch User.
  5. Tap the Plus Icon and enter the registration code.

Important: Registration Code from the Web Portal

To add more accounts in the Expense app, you need the registration code from the web portal. If you don’t have access to these login details, please contact your company administrator for assistance.

Switch Accounts

When multiple accounts are activated in the app, you can easily switch profiles as needed. Open the app, select Switch User, and choose the profile you wish to work under.
