We are pleased to announce several exciting new features in Expense for the fourth quarter. These updates are designed to simplify and streamline your work with mileage reimbursements, account management and document management.
We have now integrated an API from Google Maps to simplify the registration of mileage reimbursement. With this feature, you can enter your to and from addresses directly into the system, and if it's a round trip, we'll automatically calculate the total distance you've traveled. This saves time and increases the accuracy of your reporting.
If you have multiple companies linked to the same domain in Expense, you can now activate the master account function. This new feature makes it easier to manage multiple companies directly in the system, without having to log in and out between different accounts.

Following the change in legislation in July 2024, which makes it possible to stop saving physical receipts, we have developed a new export function. With this feature, you as a customer can generate a CSV file containing all your statements with PDF files as links. This makes it easy to integrate and store accounts in your business system.

We hope these new features will make your work easier and your experience with Expense even better. If you have any questions or feedback, please feel free to contact us!
